Mig Pigments can be applied by soft brush or fingertip, but if your model is likely to be handled, the pigments will need to be protected from being brushed off. This is where Mig Pigment Fixer comes in ! Dab it on with a soft brush and it'll fix your pigments in place and protect them when being handled.
