Product Description
A 35ml jar of enamel-based pigment fixer. Recommended product to adhere pigments to the surfaces of your models and bases. Spot on with a soft brush, and then allow capillary action to let the fixer flow over pigment powder. Once dried, pigments are permanently adhered to the surface and return to their dry color.
