A boxed set of 6 acrylic colours from AK interactive, designed to enable you to accurately portray vehicles used by the Afrika Korps. The Deutsche Afrika Korps vehicles could be painted in any of 4 different desert-type RAL colours: 8000 and 7008 until March of 1942, and 8020 and 7008 after March of 1942. In addition, most of the vehicles had originally been painted in RAL7021 Panzer Grey 7021 prior to being sent to North Africa, which in many cases was exposed when the paint camo was chipped and worn. Finally there has been quite a bit of research about the colour of the (few) Tiger I's deployed in Tunisia. Some sources identified them in Olive Drab, but recent research indicates the paint was a slightly more greenish variant on RAL 8020.
